Westport Ave. has been evolving over the years and with the recent departure of Peppridge Farm, it seemed like the days of a dedicated location to freshly baked bread was going to fall under Lost Norwalk. But lo and behold, Wave Hill Breads expanded from its utilitarian factory on High Street and opened a cafe style bakery.

More than just a spot to pick up fresh bread, croissants and pastries, the cafe delivers on high quality coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages. In addition to a brisk to go business of sandwiches on their delicious breads, they also have table service.

The most intriguing aspect of the business through is the large window that overlooks the baking studio where they plan to host classes and events.
