Norwalk, like much of Southwestern Connecticut, has never figured out how to be a tourist destination. So the hotel offerings trend corporate. But while their location is geared towards the corporate office parks, that means for the weekend field trippers out there, deals are to be had. And in the summer, what beckons more than outdoor dining, but rooftop bar. Overlooking the Norwalk River. And close to hiking trails at Cranbury Park. But hey, you need a zip car, or some other at your beck and call ride, to get to the recreation from this strip mall hotel with attitude.
